I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal. I’m still taking it a little easy but it feels so good to not be limited in what I can do.   It’s been cool and rainy here too, which means I am very  happy. Hooray for real autumn weather! My parents are back from vacation which means that I am FINALLY back to my normal schedule. It’s a good thing too because I was about to have a fucking meltdown.   Last weekend, I attended Artoberfest in Ann Arbor. The city holds a HUGE art fair in the summer and while it’s amazing, I find it really overwhelming.
