It’s been quite a week! I went to not one, but TWO hockey games on Saturday. I took my parents to a noon game in Detroit to cheer on the Pittsburgh Penguins when they beat Detroit, then met up with a friend who had free tickets to a 7pm University of Michigan game where they beat the USNTDP (national development program) team. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.   I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. It’s been a whirlwind of a week.   My knee is feeling GREAT. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal. My parents are back from vacation which means that I am FINALLY back to my normal schedule. It’s a good thing too because I was about to have a fucking meltdown.   Last weekend, I attended Artoberfest in Ann Arbor. The city holds a HUGE art fair in the summer and while it’s amazing, I find it really overwhelming.
