Hope you’re having a good week. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.   I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal.
