WHAT I’M UP TO …

This time of year always gives me a burst of energy, so in the past week I’ve gone through my closet and pulled out everything that I know I won’t wear until next summer. They’ve all been washed and packed away for the season.
I also pulled out fall clothing, did a desperately needed closet reorganization, sorted and organized my makeup, and am currently in the process of sorting through perfume/jewelry/accessories and various totes of random things to try to make my space as functional as possible.
I’ve also been doing some seasonal cleaning and went for a walk on a nice cool morning to enjoy the leaves just beginning to change. I also enjoyed some hot apple cider tea and watched When Harry Met Sally.
Of course, this week we’re back to 70°+ temperatures, so I’m not delighted about that. But soon enough, it’ll be back to my favorite season, and I will be a very happy author again.
Want to know what else I’ve been working on?
Writing:
I’ve ground to screeching halt on book #4 in the Scoring Chances series. Still loving the new guys, but either my brain isn’t cooperating, or I need another planning session with my alpha reader. The flow will come back though, that I’m sure of.
Editing:
Proofread notes are back on Slew Foot and ARCs have gone out! That means we only have a week to go before the release!
Audio:
Body Check is live and you can grab that in my shop here.
Projects:
Kim & I are another step closer to wrapping up the signed paperback project. You can expect that after the Slew Foot release.
See you back here next week!
