Things are humming along around here. I took a couple of days off writing to focus on some admin work that’s been lingering on my To Do list. It feels so good to get that all checked off. Hope you’re having a good week. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.   I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. The cushion was losing its supportiveness and the latch that lets me lean back in it/lock it upright went on the fritz.  I figured it was time to get something more comfortable.    My humidifier and my garment steamer both died too. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal.
