I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal. I’m still taking it a little easy but it feels so good to not be limited in what I can do.   It’s been cool and rainy here too, which means I am very  happy. Hooray for real autumn weather!
