It’s been a bit of a wild week for me. Lots of things going sideways on me as I try to prepare for the holiday craziness ahead. Hope you’re having a good week. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.   I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. The cushion was losing its supportiveness and the latch that lets me lean back in it/lock it upright went on the fritz.  I figured it was time to get something more comfortable.    My humidifier and my garment steamer both died too. It’s been a whirlwind of a week.   My knee is feeling GREAT. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal. My parents are back from vacation which means that I am FINALLY back to my normal schedule. It’s a good thing too because I was about to have a fucking meltdown.   Last weekend, I attended Artoberfest in Ann Arbor. The city holds a HUGE art fair in the summer and while it’s amazing, I find it really overwhelming.
