Hope you’re having a good week. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.   I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. The cushion was losing its supportiveness and the latch that lets me lean back in it/lock it upright went on the fritz.  I figured it was time to get something more comfortable.    My humidifier and my garment steamer both died too. Dear Diary,  I met a guy today.   That sounds so stupid. I say that like I don’t meet new people all the time. That’s kinda part of the deal being a pro hockey player, you know?  But this guy is different.   For one, he’s the twin brother of my GM. Wild, because I didn’t even know Gavin HAD a twin until Thad showed up. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief.   My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal. I’m still taking it a little easy but it feels so good to not be limited in what I can do.   It’s been cool and rainy here too, which means I am very  happy. Hooray for real autumn weather!
