WHAT I’M UP TO …

Hope you’re having a good week. Mine has been a little chaotic (really feeling that Mercury in Retrograde energy right now …) but I’ve gotten a lot done.  

I bought and assembled a comfy new desk chair because my previous one was getting so old. The cushion was losing its supportiveness and the latch that lets me lean back in it/lock it upright went on the fritz.  I figured it was time to get something more comfortable.   

My humidifier and my garment steamer both died too. Like I said … really feeling the Retrograde energy here … 

I started writing a new book, released an illustrated book cover, and got to work on holiday postcards. The design for that has been finalized so please sign up if you’d like to receive one from me this year.  

I am starting WAY earlier than usual, so I don’t end up sending them in January again. 🤣 

I’m still working on my heirloom pumpkin puzzle and fall coloring book in the evenings to relax. I have one more autumn puzzle to do before we start to think about winter ones!

Writing: 

• I am over 10k words into Cheap Shot, the next book in the Scoring Chances series and having sooo much fun with it. There is one specific scene I’ve been wanting to write for four years! cackles 

Editing: 

• Delayed Penalty should be back from beta readers any day now and we are on track for the December 12^th release!
