While I’d really love to be that super-organized author who always has my shit together, last summer’s migraines really set me back when it comes to bigger projects. I am finally settling back into my routine, and it has been such a relief. My knee is allllmost there and things like doing my morning interval walks on the treadmill and squatting/stretching are almost back to normal.
